Return And Refund Policy

At LN-CreativeGifts, all our products are made to order, and each item is personalized just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items. Please read the details below carefully:

Non-Returnable Or Refundable Items

As a made-to-order business, all purchases are final. We cannot accept returns refunds or exchanges for:

• Personalized items with custom text, designs, or specifications.
• Custom-made products tailored to your unique requirements.
• We Do not accept refunds on any personlised items.

Exceptions

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is:

• Damaged, 
• Defective, or
• Incorrect due to an error on our part,

please contact us within  7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the error is on our part, depending on the situation. If you receive an item delivered damaged this is a fault of the delivery company and we will as a small buisness have to claim the cost back first before issuing you with a  refund if thats what you request, we would require picture proof for us to proceed with our claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as production begins immediately. Please double-check all personalization details before completing your purchase.
